This Shipping Policy forms part of our Terms of Sale. Effective date: September 26, 2026.
1. Where we ship and what it costs
We ship to the United States, the United Kingdom, the European Union and most other countries. Standard tracked shipping is charged per order and shown at checkout before you pay:

Parcels are dispatched from our fulfilment warehouse and may be subject to customs duties and import fees in the destination country (section 7).
2. Processing and dispatch
Orders are dispatched within 2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays at the warehouse) of order acceptance. During peak periods dispatch may take a little longer; we will tell you if it does. You receive an order confirmation when you order and a dispatch e-mail with the tracking link when the parcel leaves the warehouse.

These are estimates, not guarantees. Customs processing, carrier transfers, weather and strikes can delay a parcel and are outside our control. If a parcel is well outside its estimate, contact us and we will check with the carrier.
4. Tracking your order
Every parcel is tracked. Use the Where is my parcel? page with your order number, tracking number or the e-mail address used at purchase, or follow the link in your dispatch e-mail.
5. Delivery address
Please make sure your delivery address and phone number are complete and accurate; the carrier may use the phone number to arrange delivery. If you notice a mistake, e-mail us immediately — we can correct the address until the parcel is dispatched. We are not responsible for late, lost or misdelivered parcels caused by an incorrect or incomplete address. Parcels returned to us as undeliverable are re-shipped at your cost or, if you prefer, refunded minus the original shipping charge.
6. Delivery confirmation, lost or damaged parcels
The carrier’s delivery confirmation is proof of delivery, whether or not a signature was taken. If your parcel arrives damaged, e-mail us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the damaged item and packaging, and we will send a replacement at no cost or refund you, as you prefer. If the tracking shows no movement or the parcel does not arrive, e-mail us and we will investigate with the carrier; if the parcel is confirmed lost, we replace it or refund you in full.
7. Customs duties and import fees
Orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes or handling fees set by the destination country. These are not included in the price or the shipping charge, are not within our control and are your responsibility; please check your local rules before ordering. If a parcel is refused at customs because of these charges it may be abandoned by the carrier and no refund is due; if you arrange and pay for it to be returned to us, we refund the product price minus the original shipping charge once it arrives.
