Mulberry leaf extract
From the leaves of the white mulberry, long used as a tea ingredient in East Asia.
Psyllium husk
The outer coat of Plantago ovata seeds, a plant-derived soluble fibre.
Resistant dextrin
A soluble fibre made from corn or wheat starch.
White kidney bean extract
An extract of Phaseolus vulgaris, the common white bean.

Which bundle should I pick?
Count the mornings: one box is 20, three boxes are 60. The sachets are the same in every bundle; the bigger bundles simply cost less per box.
Will I be sent more boxes automatically?
No. A bundle is one order and one payment. It never renews, there is nothing to cancel, and you only order again if you decide to.
Does it affect the taste of my coffee?
No. The powder is flavourless and dissolves as you stir — coffee, tea or water tastes exactly as before.
How much caffeine is in one sachet?
About 30 mg, all from the green coffee bean extract. A regular cup of coffee, by comparison, has around 80–100 mg.
Anything I should read before using it?
Yes — the directions and the full ingredient list printed on the box. A food supplement is not a replacement for a varied diet. If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, on medication or have a medical condition, ask your healthcare professional before use, and keep the box out of reach of children.
